1. Returns Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
Condition Requirements:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exclusions:
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We do not cover return shipping costs.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at info@rbhana.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the return status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Exchanges Policy
Need a different size, color, or item?
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exchange Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
We can only exchange the same item for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Stock Availability:
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for exchanges.
Steps to Exchange an Item:
Contact us at info@rbhana.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color.
We will provide the next steps and shipping instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange if it meets our criteria.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your Instapay account or designated electronic wallet after the returned items are inspected.
Refund Timeline:
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or clearance items.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
